INFORMATION ON PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND CODE OF CONDUCT
In case of access to certain company areas, it is mandatory to wear protective equipment such as a safety helmet, safety shoes, hearing protectors, etc., which will be provided at the time of registration.
This equipment must be returned at the end of the company visit.
Access to company areas is subject to authorization by the accompanying staff.
- In order to ensure personal safety and integrity during the company visit:
- it is necessary to stay in close proximity to your escort;
- it is strictly forbidden to touch any components or products in the visited areas unless authorized by your escort.
Under no circumstances shall MV Agusta be held liable for any damage, of any kind, suffered by the visitor during the company visit, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
INFORMATION ON SAFETY REGULATIONS
In case of emergency, it is necessary to follow the emergency procedures indicated by your escort, in accordance with the applicable safety regulations.
All warning, mandatory, prohibition, emergency, fire safety, and directional signs—both vertical and horizontal—displayed in the visited company areas must be respected.
In the event of an alarm, you will be immediately escorted to the nearest assembly point.
PHOTO AND VIDEO CONSENT
By registering for and participating in the event, attendees expressly authorize MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., and/or third parties acting on its behalf, to capture, record, and use their image, voice, and likeness through photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during the event.
In accordance with Articles 96 and 97 of Italian Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR), such materials may be used, in whole or in part, for promotional, informational, archival, or commercial purposes, and disseminated through any media channels (including but not limited to print, digital platforms, social media, and websites), without time limits and without any compensation due.
This consent is granted upon event registration and is given without prejudice to the personal dignity and decorum of the individuals involved.
